Marina Del Rey is the world’s largest recreational small craft harbor and has been known as an upscale water based community due to its oceanfront views and marine life.  Marina del Rey real estate is predominantly condominiums and high rises, with the north end of Marina del Rey comprised of more single family homes.  Many new construction projects offer loft amenities in the SOCO district.
